Processing time: 2 weeks (Because all sets are hand-painted, and the designing process takes time too)
Processing time during sales periods may go up to 3 weeks.
No refunds or exchanges for abstract designs that differ slightly from the product image. Because all sets are hand painted, it is impossible to replicate the exact same abstract design. However, we will do our very best to ensure the nail sets look as similar to the product photos as possible.
No refunds for sizing error made by customers. We will follow the measurements entered into the form before customers add the product to their cart. Spekle Studio is not liable if customers enter their sizes incorrectly.
Spekle Studio is not liable for any shipping issues caused by the carrier.
Spekle Studio is not liable if customers key in their address incorrectly.
Strictly no returns or exchanges.
Each set of nails contains 10 individual nails.
Pricing for individual nails/replacement nails will differ according to their design.
Custom orders will only be confirmed if customer has discussed (via Instagram DM) the design with Spekle Studio prior to placing the order.
